Fitness Boot Camp

In May 2004, Hofe-Man Fitness Systems had its first Fitness Boot Camp. To say it was a success would be an understatement! Each participant walked away with increased knowledge of how to eat to speed metabolism, and how to train optimally for strength, speed, and endurance.

Hello, I'm Billy Hofacker, certified personal trainer and creator of the Fitness Boot Camp. I had a great time with the Boot Camp and want to thank all of the attendees for their hard work. I'm glad to have worked with you and I look forward to helping you in the future. We not only trained hard and accomplished goals. We also had a blast in the process and that is why I consider the Camp a success.

Due to the demand, there will be a Boot Camp taking place in September. Here are a few of the inside tips and benefits you will get in the Fitness Boot Camp:

  • How and when you eat is more important than what you eat.
  • Which foods enhance mental and physical performance.
  • How much water you should be drinking and why it is critically important.
  • The hidden keys to increasing flexibility.
  • Body weight exercises to strengthen your core, tighten your stomach, and tone your arms. (You won't see these exercises in the gym.)
  • Lunge and squat variations that give you more powerful legs and more spring in your step when you walk.
  • Consultation with a physical therapist from one of the premier physical therapy clinics on Long Island to answer your questions about nagging injuries or other physical limitations you may have.
The September Boot Camp begins on Wednesday, September 8th and ends on Wednesday, October 6th. Each week, boot camp sessions will be on Wednesday at 6 PM, Saturday at 8 AM, and Monday at 6 PM. Each boot camp lasts one hour. The investment in your improved fitness is only $225.

The September Fitness Boot Camp is strictly limited to 13 people. As of June, 5 slots have already been taken. There only 8 spaces left. This Boot Camp will be sold out well before September, so I urge you to register now.
